Notice is hereby given that the 2018 Ordinary Council meetings of Ballarat City Council for the remainder of 2018 will be held in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, Sturt Street, Ballarat on the following dates:

*Statutory meeting for the election of a Mayor and Deputy Mayor.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Registrations for public representations for items on the Agenda must be received by the Statutory Compliance Unit by 4.30pm on the day of the meeting and can be made by calling 5320 5875.
The agenda will be available from ballarat.vic.gov.au
Confirmed Minutes will be available after the subsequent Council meeting.
