Council is seeking expressions of interest for two independent vacancies on its Audit Advisory Committee from suitably qualified people with a broad overall experience and knowledge base with sound financial background.
The Audit Advisory Committee is a formally appointed Committee responsible to the Council. Its role is to report to Council and provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relative to its Terms of Reference.
The Committee is made up of seven members including the Mayor, two other Councillors and four independent members.
The terms of appointment will be for three years, one commencing 1 January 2020 and the other 9 February 2020.
