On 12 December 2018, Ballarat City Council formally considered its Revised 2018/19 Budget and Strategic Resource Plan.
The following information is provided in respect of this Public Notice: Council will meet to adopt its 2018/19 Revised Budget and Strategic Resource Plan, at The Town Hall, Ballarat at 7pm on 30 January 2019.
Copies of the Proposed Revised 2018/19 Budget and Strategic Resource Plan are available for inspection from Monday 17 December 2018, at:
· Town Hall;
· Phoenix Building;
The City of Ballarat hereby gives notice under Section 190 of the Local Government Act 1989 (“the Act”) of its intention to grant a lease for 112 Armstrong Street North, Ballarat as indicated on the
diagram below.
Written submissions relating to the proposed leasing of this site will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act and must be received by the Property Department, City of Ballarat, PO Box 655, Ballarat VIC 3350, within 28 days of this notice.
Expressions of interest are sought for 2019-2020 memberships of the Intercultural Advisory Committee (IAC), the Koorie Engagement Action Group (KEAG) Advisory Committee and the Ballarat Friends of Ainaro Community Committee (Sec 86).
Notice is hereby given that the next Meeting of the Ballarat City Council Community Impact Committee will be held in Committee Room 2 at Town Hall, Sturt Street, Ballarat on Tuesday, 27 November at 3.30pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
Please note: when the Committee move In Camera in accordance with Section 89 of the Local Government Act 1989, the meeting will then be closed to those members of the public in attendance.
