Notice is hereby given that the 2019 meetings of the City of Ballarat Planning Special Committee will be held in the Trench Room at the Ballarat Town Hall, Sturt Street, Ballarat commencing at 7pm on the following dates;

• 18 September 2019
• 16 October 2019
• 27 November 2019

In accordance with section 54(6) of the Road Management Act 2004, and regulation 10(1) of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016, the City of Ballarat (Council) gives notice that it proposes to amend its Road Management Plan (RMP).
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to incorporate into the RMP the suggested improvements identified in Council’s written review report which summarises the findings and conclusions of the review of Council’s current RMP (V5) 2017.
This includes:
• Changes to the defect classifications
Pursuant to Section 206, Schedule 10 and Clause 3 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act), the City of Ballarat is advising of its consideration to discontinue part of a road reserve situated in Howitt Street, Black Hill; being part of Lot 1 LP212989A Township of
Ballarat North.
