Proposed Skate and Tween/Teen Facilities Framework

The City of Ballarat has undertaken a review of its provision of skate spaces across the municipality as well as broader public recreation and play spaces for young people to enjoy.

The 2018 review builds upon the existing Ballarat Play Space Strategy and the City of Ballarat Recreation Strategy 2014.

A copy of the proposed Skate and Tween/Teen Facilities Framework may be inspected at Council Offices, 25 Armstrong St Sth, Ballarat, or accessed on the City of Ballarat website ballarat.vic.gov.au

Any person who wishes to make a written submission on the report may do so by close of business on Friday 28 September 2018.

Submissions must be in writing, marked as: Proposed Skate and Tween/Teen Facilities Framework and be addressed to: Sport and Active Living, City of Ballarat, PO Box 655 Ballarat 3353; or by email to info [at] ballarat.vic.gov.au

A person who has made a submission may request that they be heard in support of their submission and is entitled to appear in person or be represented by a person acting on their behalf, before a meeting of the Council in accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, the day, time and place of which will be advised.
